I'm Max. I spend my (limited) free time testing products that promise to make life easier. Between work deadlines and school pickups, I've gotten pretty good at spotting what works and what's just marketing fluff.
My test lab is real life: spilled coffee, sticky fingers, the 5 AM hustle. If something survives my household and makes my day better, it's worth sharing.
Why my reviews are different
Made the Cut is a side project. I don't depend on its income, so I can be picky about partnerships. Uncritical, incentivized reviews don't convert, because people see right through them.
I also review plenty of products without the brand knowing, just because they've earned a spot in our house. I run brands myself, so I understand both sides.
What I look for

Does it solve a problem busy people actually have? If it's cool but not useful, it's probably not for me.
Honest partnership
I'll tell the truth about your product, the good and the not-so-good. If that's not what you want, we're not a fit.
